The house is divided in two apartments; one on the ground and one on the first floor. Each has private entrance and verandah.
The first floor apartment is occasionally used by the owners as summer house and only the ground floor apartment is for rent.

The ground floor apartment consists of : comfortable sitting room; kitchen ; two double bedrooms, one twin bedded bedroom; bathroom and large private verandah with magnificent views.
The apartment hosts easily 2-6 people.
